Maximum Efficiency Through TIM and RPA

The TIM BPM Suite makes it possible to uniquely automate business processes end-to-end and intelligently integrate robots. These are activated at the right time during the process and provide data from other systems, for example. This way, you effortlessly connect locations, departments, systems and data. By using TIM and RPA, you achieve the greatest possible efficiency and automation in your digitalization project.

The RPA technology enables a “non-invasive” access to existing systems, which means that they can be connected very efficiently. Through the approach of recording user interactions to implement interfaces, even third-party systems that do not offer interfaces (APIs) can be included.

The robots are addressed from the TIM workflows, for example via a REST call. TIM then processes their feedback in order to continue with the end-to-end process. This use case makes sense if the work result of the robot is directly required for the entire workflow (synchronous processing). Another possibility is that TIM outputs information in a file that is read and processed asynchronously by robots (so-called “bulk operation”).

With this highly innovative approach, TIM Solutions has already won the Process Solution Award of the Gesellschaft für Organisation (gfo) in the category “Workflow Management” in 2019.
