VIP Visit at TIM

Today we had a great opportunity to experience the work-life balance in the new world of work. A valued colleague brought her sweet baby to the office and we were all very happy to meet the little one. While mom was in meetings, dad was babysitting and of course, as a future team member, she got a TIM bib as a gift. ?

As an employer, we are very happy that our work environment allows to balance child and job. We think: Parents should be able to raise their kids and have a career at the same time without having to choose between the two.

In any case, we are already looking forward to the next baby visit and to welcoming our colleague back to the team on a regular basis soon! ?
